PC Management Services (Pty) Ltd (PCMS) is a firm of accountants located in Westville, Kzn. The company was established in 1998 owned and managed by Chantel Alston-Stewart and Mark Bredenkamp. PCMS is passionate about assisting small to medium sized businesses, partnering with them and watching them thrive.
PCMS offers a variety of Accounting and Tax and financial management services, which are tailored to our clients’ specific requirements.

About The Directors

Chantel Alston-Stewart BAP(SA) C.I.B.A.
Managing Director
Chantel joined the company in 2001. She is registered as a business accountant in practice and Independent Reviewer with the Chartered institute for business Accountants (CIBA). Chantel is a tax practitioner, registered both with the South African Revenue Services (SARS) and the South African institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT). Chantel is also a member of the South African chamber of businesswomen. Chantel manages the bookkeeping and tax departments and performs the duties of Accounting Officer, and independent Reviewer.

Mark Bredenkamp BAP(SA) C.I.B.A.
Director
Mark started the company in 1998. Mark has had more than 30 years’ experience in Finance and Business Management and is registered as a business accountant in practice with the Chartered institute for business Accountants (CIBA). Mark has since retired from the main business operations, but still offers clients valuable advice and consulting services.

Bookkeeping & Payroll Services

Our team of bookkeepers tackle the monthly bookkeeping and payroll clients diligently and efficiently each month. We are constantly looking at ways to upskill and train our ladies to ensure they are equipped with the most current and up to date skills to offer our clients the best service we can.

Company and Statutory Registrations and Amendments

New company Registrations, Company Amendments, Address Changes, Director changes, Share Certificates, SARS registrations, registrations for UIF and WCA with the department of labour.
Annual Return Submissions:
Every company needs to submit a return to the registrar of companies declaring their turnover and information around the preparation of their accounts, along with paying a fee to the registrar. We also assist with the beneficial ownership submissions.

Management Accounts

Management Accounts are one of the most useful tools for your business, and are usually grossly under used.
We encourage our clients to work with us to develop their management accounts into a format that is useful to them. Management Accounts should be used to drive your business, see where you have been, and steer your business in the direction of your forecast / budget.

Annual Financial Statements

We act as Accounting Officer for our close corporation clients, and prepare either compilation engagement or independent reviews for our private companies, depending on their size and requirements. We strive to give our clients the best possible service and advice when it comes to their business.

Taxation Services

Tax Planning is extremely important for small business. We work closely with our clients to provide the best tax solutions for their business. We are members of the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners, and work hard at keeping ourselves up to speed with the ever changing SARS regulations.
